I am currently dealing with EcoWorthy through AliExpress, and this has been, without question, the worst customer service experience I have had in over 50 years. What should have been a simple return has turned into an ongoing, frustrating ordeal. The batteries I purchased do not fit, yet after nearly a month, I am still being given the runaround with no resolution in sight. The level of inefficiency, lack of accountability, and overall disregard for the customer is frankly unacceptable. Based on this experience, I strongly caution anyone considering a purchase to think twice. my purchase was through AliExpress, however you may have a better experience with eBay if something goes wrong. I would not consider buying from this seller again under any circumstances.

Didn't fit? So they were not the advertised dimensions?

Or did you order the wrong size and were looking for the free return?

You copy and paste this on every single Ali thread for months now. I've never had an issue with Ali. Gotten two partial refunds on minor shipping damage. Everything has always shown up as described and on time.

I have had problem with sellers on Ali but never with Ali on refunds despite of taking a long time. This deal being eBay I would have more faith, plus I have previously ordered Eco-Worthy via eBay last year and no problem. This is a very good price for 2 5KWH batteries with a 100A charger (which I would value at $400 or so alone). I have the 60A version and it's very basic (manual is terrible) but still functional.

Sounds like you ordered the wrong batteries, or have the wrong rack mount, there is really no way these batteries "can't fit"
Given that they are probably confused about your claim that they don't fit , I can see why they are hesitant to allow you to free return the batteries.

These are very heavy, and costly to ship - I ordered 6 last year and one arrived damaged, and they were very eager to offer compensation for it instead of having me return the battery. (understandably, because it doesn't make sense for them to pay $100 to ship a damaged battery back)
Customers who excessively return things because they don't make reasonable attempts to purchase carefully cost all consumers money.

Now regarding the deal:
Value of the 100ah Charger is about $400. Making the batteries $600 each. Pretty good overall.
Note there is a even better version eco worthy battery , the Cubix Pro.
