There are inexpensive options on each site. If it's something you think you'll want to stick with then it's worth spending a little more. There are tons of reviews on reddit. This is the 3x3 cube I bought: https://www.thecubicle.
4x4 is a little beyond me at this point, but I started with an original Rubik's Cube brand 3x3 cube and was ready to upgrade within a month.
