I signed up for this on delta.com. Credit card was charged. Confirmation email received- but no #s. A minute later received a cancellation email. Credit to my card may take up to 3 days. Wife's been on the phone now with Delta for over an hour.

You can get a free year of Paramount+ if you log into the free Delta wifi with your Skymiles number during a flight.

Delta seems to think it's 24 hour free trial access.

As for the 1 year code given away with the $350 giftcard purchase, terms say that expires June 8th if not used.

The previous time I was on a Delta flight, I saw the offer that you referenced, but this week it was for a full year. I'm getting on a flight later today, so will check if the offer still shows. I was able to request codes under three different SkyMiles accounts. Here is the language from the email I received:
