I have three of these and love them. One's been running 24/7 for about 3 years now. Used to take it with me off-roading where it would be bouncing around the back of my jeep. Still worked fine after
anyone use this or another car fridge for milk and formula bottles before?
we've used it for beverages and for frozen stuff. you can control the temp to maintain proper temperature. just note that the thermostat is on the right side near the controls so if something is very cold on that side that will impact the thermometer more than anything on the left side.

Just got last wk and so far so good. It was very quiet. And tested on my Jackery 240 battery station and it last near 7 hrs. About 10% per an hour on like low eco mode about 20 watts.
I did use it on my old Tesla 2018 Model 3 subtrunk while plugged in to my arm rest car adapter plug. The cord was bearly long enough but rear seat must be lowered. Fitting inside the bottom subtrunk pretty well with about maybe 4in side gap for ventilation. The top sticks out maybe 1 in higher so you cannot cover the subtrunk back with the oem cover. For my next long trip, I will bring along my Jackery battery station and it compact enough. The fridge is kind of small but we put ice chest packs (to keep them frozen) to use for our ice chests and use this small fridge for frozen groceries. It will fit two 1 gal milk jugs and maybe a small room left at top.

Which is comparably to the Anker Solix which sometimes pops up here (288WWh). The Solix has better form factor for a car or truck so keep that in mind if you buy this.
Looks like a great deal and I'd jump on it if it weren't for saving targets.
So how does this compare to the Megiu 12 Volt Refrigerator Car Fridge Portable 12V 45 Quart Freezer Compressor Cooler that was for the same price a couple days ago???

Be careful when using these. Most alternators aren't designed to handle high power draws, even when the vehicle is in drive. They're meant to power normal vehicle electronics + top off the battery ---> not heavy power loads for consumer electronics.
You can get away with a cell phone or two. Not an entire home office, fridge, and toaster oven.
They're not meant to recharge your battery from zero -- sure, they CAN do that if you're in a pinch, but it's a torture test for the alternator. Make that into a habit, and you'll quickly find yourself without an alternator.
If you're planning on using products such as these, you really should consider upgrading your alternator to a model that's designed for constant heavy load.
