Same price on epic if you'd rather pc. Base game was free an awhile ago, so you may have it already (but not essentials version)…

The definitive is pretty cheap when looking at Isthereanydeal site. $8.53 lowest price.

It doesn't. If you want all the dlc including the major expansions, you need to get the Definitive Edition. Was on sale earlier this week for $9.99 digitally on Xbox.
