I've converted everyone I know to the wet sponge method (Like the Grill Daddy, etc), this is just 800 rpm of wire brush ready to get into your food IMO.

I get 2 paper towels and fold them into a 2x2 block, wet it, put it on the end of a wire brush and let the steam do the work! I typically dont get metal to metal contact but if you have an easier way, let me know!
