Bought a cheap one like this years ago on Amazon, not sure if same brand. I was expecting maybe 6-12 months of use before it crapped out.

That thing was a tank. I used it for maybe 5 years before a new job bought me a Logitech one.

I had their mouse and keyboard. They did not honor the warranty. It stopped working few months in.
Save your money for something else.
