Product Details:
  • Compressor Cooling Speed: Using compressor cooling, the 12V electric cooler can drop temps from 68°F/20°C to 32°F/0°C in about 20 minutes to help keep food fresh during travel. ECO mode supports efficient daily use, while MAX mode offers quicker cooling whenever needed on the road
  • Precise Touch Control: With both a touchscreen panel and an app, our car freezer lets you fine-tune modes and adjust temperature with accuracy. Internal temperature can be viewed at any moment
  • Durable Exterior Layout: A matte finish gives the truck cooler a strong, durable shell that handles daily use. The sealing strip holds the lid firmly to cut down on cold air loss, and a convenient latch plus several ventilation openings help the door move easily and let heat out more quickly
  • Reliable Power Switch: With both 100–240V AC and 12/24V DC options, the portable freezer shifts easily between indoor and in-car power. A three-level battery setup helps reduce excessive draw on the vehicle system, and the low-noise build plus stable 45° operation support comfort during long journeys
  • Versatile Outdoor Use: Compact 21-quart/20L sizing allows a truck fridge to sit in the trunk, behind seats or in a truck bed with ease. The 12V compressor system is ready for outdoor use on uneven or sloped terrain, matching RV travel, campsites, boats, camping, fishing, and long road trips

I have had very bad experiences with the site. They will do everything under the sun to stop you from returning their defected items by issuing partial credit (so that they still make money). I ordered a pair of tree climbing spikes from them and they sent me 2 of the same foot. They refused to pay return shipping even their policy clearly stated free return if not satisfied. After going back and forth talking to them for over a week as their customer service always had to contact someone in China before discussing a resolution with me, I eventually had to accept a partial credit as the belt is still usable just to end the misery since I did not want to pay shipping on my own to return the item and I did not want to drag a credit card dispute case for months over unreturned items. Considering it as a lesson's learned, I will never deal with them again.

It is best to order it from Amazon so that you have an option to return.

Please search for other people's experience with them.

The other one is from a well known brand plus the size is different. I own the BougeRV 23qt one you're talking about and it's great. If you own a Tesla Model Y, it fits perfectly in the sub trunk. It also gets really cold. It can actually act as a freezer. The price on this one is attractive but I returned a similar one on amazon because it didn't cool down as much as it said it would and it took much longer than the BougeRV one. Not sure if this is of similar quality but prob worth a shot if the return policy is good.

Agree, but credit card disputes are easy. I just call and then mail a follow-up of the issue. Pay the credit card in full less the disputed amount.
Use my other CC instead and stop using said card until it is resolved. Refuse to pay anything else on the card until it resolved, after all the balance should be zero anyway because of the dispute. So only the dispute will be on the balance until CC fixes the issue.

Credit company do not like that you stop using their cards and will resolve ASAP. The CCC will take the list if necessary because they want you to use their card again add they will make it up with your card usage.

Worked for me more than once.
Also works with disputed bills like when the phone company tries to cram erroneous charges on the phone bill. Difference is that you have to keep subtracting the erroneous charge before you send in payment (or epay) the bill until they fix it. And why auto-pay is terrible as you loss control when erroneous charges show up on your bill(s).

Did they partially refund to your credit card or just give you store credit?

It is the time involved communicating with the merchant and the credit card bank that stressed me out, es[ecially when dealing with a Chinese merchant who does not mind spending time as their labor cost is much lower. The credit card bank wants to see that you have put the best effort trying to resolve the issue with the merchant first before opening the dispute. The credit card bank also wants you to describe all interactions in detail and in writing. The last time I had a credit card dispute with a different Chinese merchant, I had to fill up a dispute form, document all interactions, screenshot item descriptions, take photos, etc. and send in a large file. Later the bank also sent me some garbage response in a large document sent from the Chinese merchant for review and comment. It was a lot of time involved.

Wow thanks for that info. That is a lot, yeah probably take the half credit loss and never do business with the company again.

My CCC doesn't make me go through all that. They take my word for it and stick it to the merchant. Than again I am doing business with my CC's for 20 plus years in one form or another so that problem helps. Smilie 😀

I have what appears to be the same model under the Hcalory brand. Looks the same except that the control panel is recessed on the Vevor one. Can't say for sure that it has the same compressor, but here are my comments on the Hcalory one: Gets to 32F in about 15 minutes and 0F in about a half hour. The compressor makes a slight noise when running, not horrible but noticeable if it is inside the vehicle with you. Any compressor based fridge will have this noise, but anything other than a compressor fridge is junk. A full size frozen pizza box will fit at an angle, but then fitting other groceries around the pizza box can be an issue. The rubber feet disintigrated from sliding it in and out of my truck bed. There are a lot of reviews for the one I bought saying it didn't last long, but I have to wonder if the people allowed the compressor oil to settle in the proper orientation before using it. I'd rather have a taller one with more capacity, but for $100 it's a good deal. EDIT: I see the Vevor one has Bluetooth. Not crazy about having to install an app, but that would be useful. Sometimes I get confused by the lock function on the touch controls and how long it takes to respond to touches.

Sorry, but that is not a good brand or anything. It's no better than Vevor products or most things on Aliexpress.

EDIT: However, how does Vevor not have a guest checkout? Why do I need to make an account with Vevor.com, lol?

Which one is this? Did you mean 26qt or something else? I'm not finding the 26qt one and would like it for the tesla.

I've had great luck with Vevor products, but I've only purchased through Amazon.
