The fat measurement on these types of scales is in the right ballpark. Not sure about the other measures

Got this today, build quality is decent feeling solid and substantial with metal and not a hollow plastic feel (up to 440lbs) and actually looks to be new unlike some Woot stuff. App displays data in a nice way and this seems to be a better model when on sale from what you can get a similar unit for at the same price. I guess in terms of accuracy it'll have to be just looking at long term trends, not going to really register difference on a daily basis except maybe water, might test that before drinking in the morning.
