These are handy lights but this is just an 'okay' deal. Amazon has had the Wurkkos tripod as a free add-on recently which would make is good slick deal.

JUST FYI the Wurkkos warranty is absolutely non existent. Emails will not be answered and there is no other route for warranty service. I now have a $30 paper weight and no recourse.

Weird, I've never had an issue with responsiveness. Which email address did you send it to?

Its not a bad deal just not the best deal. I've bought 3 from Amazon (different colors) at different times in different deals (plus another from Wurkkos direct). And 2 of the 3 had the free tripod deal. In raw numbers, this is the lowest, or close enough, from Amazon (Wurkkos direct has had it at $27 for awhile but its a slow boat delivery). They make good gifts for emergency lighting. I use a couple as lighting for my flashlight display.

Two weeks since my original email and nothing but crickets. If I have to spend two hours of time to just get an address to spend my own money to send it back to see if it's covered, I'm already in the red.

Spending $30 on a waterproof flashlight that can't make it for 20 minutes in the rain was disappointing but the lack of follow up or a website form for warranty is unacceptable.

I knew when I saw the email address that wasn't even part of their domain it was going to be a paper weight, seriously you don't have a [email protected] address?

I've bought $10 Streamlight knock offs that have performed better and lasted longer, had I just done some due diligence and looked up the support page and saw the email address that would have been enough for me to give it a hard pass.

Ah, okay. Foxmail is popular in China, which is where Wurkkos is based. I've heard (from a few people in the flashlight community who have used that email address) that the initial reply from Wurkkos landed in their spam/junk folders, because some US email providers flag all incoming emails from China as spam. You could check your folder, but if this happened more than 30 days ago your email provider may have purged the folder by now.

They are actually really good about warranties and replacements -- much better than other flashlight brands. They also engage with customers on Facebook and Reddit. I contacted them through Facebook once and heard back within the hour.

I reforwarded the email, I use outlook.com and nothing found from that email address as incoming junk or spam. Glad to hear you've had a good experience with them, my sour taste is getting a $50 flashlight on sale for $30 and it lasts for about 2 weeks outside the Amazon return window in light rain for 20 minutes when its rated as waterproof.

I just noticed that you've left the same comment ($30 light not being waterproof) on multiple Wurkkos deal posts. All of those lights stopped working on you in the rain?!?

If that's the case I'll be happy to bring this up in the flashlight groups and see if anyone from Wurkkos responds.

Had 2 fail but one was my fault for sure. Just posting my experience with the warranty process. I've since resent the original email from the 15th today, we'll see how far it goes.

I have well over $100 in Wurkkos flashlights, the clip on for baseball caps is one of my favorites.

Having a webpage with a form to upload proof of purchase and start an RMA should be SOP in 2026 and at the minimum have an email associated with your domain. Even the worst ones will have an auto response letting you know the email was received.

Just soured on after purchase support and I've crapped all over this thread and for that I apologize.

No need to apologize. Wurkkos is one of a handful of flashlight brands I patronize and support, and I'm pretty sure they would want to hear about this -- because that's not what most of us have experienced with them. I sent a message to a staffer who's in one of our flashlight Facebook groups. (It's Saturday there right now though, so it may be few days.)
