Chances are 50/50 you receive it from this seller. I bought two from them through Walmart last month, one shipped and the other didn't, had to go through a lot of hassle to get a refund (threaten a chargeback). Currently I am awaiting a router I bought from them through eBay. One week later and it hasn't been provided to FedEx for shipping, same issue as with the LEGO set. I messaged them yesterday about, not response.

I've ordered a few things from VIP Outlet without incident, but most orders have been slow to ship. Like 7-10 days before the order is in the hands of the common carrier. Other than that, all items have been authentic and in new condition.

I'll give them another shot and order this LEGO set.

FWIW, this set was retired in January and had a MSRP of $45, LEGO.com clearance price was about $32. So the VIP Outlet price is a SlickDeal.

Non-Legit isn't going to have LEGO on their box. It may have the same pic and same name and set #, but it won't have the brand
