Most of the episodes are 8-15 minutes longer. The only season I felt that was worse from it was the final season.

I'm still waiting for true Superfan editions of Parks and Rec. They've mentioned working on them in the past but seems like it's not happening.

I've never used Gruv before. Is it a good/reputable place?

Anyone know if these discs have audio description tracks on them? I know the super fan episodes on Peacock do, but it doesn't say anything about this on the website.

Seems like a great deal to me! I have a mix off DVDs and a few Blu Ray of seasons 1-7, and don't want to pay for streaming, so I'm excited to upgrade and $60 seems reasonable! These probably won't have the special features like commentary, or bloopers, right? Not a huge loss if those aren't included as the longer episodes will be nice!

You raised my hopes and then dashed them quite expertly, sir. Bravo.

I had to dig a bit to understand that these are basically all extended episodes, not just a handful like my existing Blu-ray set. Dammit, I probably need it.

The description does say an extra 25 hours of content. Using today's standard of 20 minutes for an average sitcom episode without commercials, you are getting the equivalent content of 75 extra episodes worth of stuff you've never seen before (not counting the extra content on your existing Blu-ray set).

Amazing show. I have friends that rewatch it all the way through like once a year but I'm not sure I could do it again despite how good it is.

My only hangup with this set is how it does not come with a digital key as well. I always like the convience of digital media but prefer the personal ownership aspect of owning a physical disk.

Superfan editions are only available via Peacock streaming service. If they gave the digital keys, they'd have to be for the broadcast versions and that would make people mad/be a poor experience for buyers if that makes sense.
