I do wonder if this is the same model being old @ costco the past 3 weeks or so.

+++ i read the costco model telescopes in height. also has smart features.

this walmart one is non-smart and requires section of the pole to be removed to change the height.

to that point whether they are philips smart light bulbs or govee water sensors, their requisite mobile apps the last 18 months include a step where it asks to turn on your location GPS. wtf for?

if you're planning to get dreo, you might as well spend some more and go for their higher end models with more premium feel. i would suggest waiting for prime day and grab either 513s and/or 704s.

i would even say getting an open box one isn't too bad since most of these wifi models are returned due to previous owners having issues getting them to connected to their network (5ghz vs 2.4 ghz).

I got a Dreo tower fan a while ago. Still love it. Has worked great. Idk if it's any better or worse than other tower fans, but haven't had complaints.
