The OP didn't post a wrong rebate link. They posted a link directly to the P&G website that shows the rebate is expired.

there are two different $15 rebates for the same products. User error.

Sam's Club and Costco have TP for around $0.02/sqft every day so this deal does not seem all that great especially when you have to receive the discount in Walmart Cash and a Visa Gift Card.

Word of caution: I have the forever roll on one side of the bathroom with the shower on the other side. The roll seems to retain moisture after a hot shower is taken. I never noticed this issue with any other roll.
