As much as I want this, I can't justify spending more then $500 for a watch that will only be outdated in couple years. I usually buy the top end of Samsung watch and I still will not pay more then $300 for it. It has always lasted only 2 years before it slows down enough for me to switch.

What is the app eco system for Garmin? Does it use the Android app story?
