Sound good, but label isn't as good as other quest products. Might be worth a try though

I really enjoyed these and the chocolate chip muffins. They're surprisingly moist for protein muffins. My wife usually doesn't like any Quest/low carb snacks, but she likes these.

11 grams of fat far outweigh the benefit of the 10 grams of protein

while this is a good deal compared to normal pricing, no thanks on the 200 calories with more fat and more carbs than protein
i bought two boxes 2-3 months ago for around 2-3 bucks on clearance clear out at kroger. I still have 6 of the 8 muffins left... the taste is okay.. but combined with those macros, it's hard to justify eating them

It's not your full meal. It's a dessert or snack or breakfast. Compare it with a regular muffin and not with a meal prepped dinner.

Seems to be a bit low on the protein. If it has 200 calories, don't you want at least 20 g protein? I thought I read that you want a 10:1 ratio at the very minimum.

You don't eat these to load up on protein. You eat these instead of eating a regular muffin or cookie.

Yes. but even so, if you're going to do that, then there are better options available.

nah, if you actually care about not eating a regular cookie or muffin.... you still don't eat these. macros aren't good for what you get.
