What is on the site is what they have in terms of pricing, so for commander only the Lorwyn decks are $20, Strixhaven and TMNT Commander decks at $40 at my store. Set your store on the site and you should see everything your location has.

Good deal! They also had $3.99 Lorwyn and Avatar boosters which was pretty reasonable based on online prices elsewhere

I was there Saturday and the boosters weren't that cheap but we got a Lorwyn bundle (9 play boosters, some lands, a spinner, a few special cards, and storage box) for $40

You go to the store, you pick up the deck off the shelf, you pay for it, so yes you select what you're getting. There is no online purchasing at all, so the website just groups all the decks into one listing.
