This is probably a good deal but I would always just buy a keyboard around the same price with swappable switches. This was one key going bad doesn't tank the whole thing. There are a lot of brands you won't find in Best Buy that sell swappable switch boards for this price or a little less.

It's one of the better razor keyboards. And it's heavily discounted from the original price. But you can get hot swappable gasket mount keyboards nowadays. The epomaker th108 often goes for sale at about $72. And in my opinion is far better.

I've used the pure mechanical one for around 5 years for gaming and dev, no issues. Not sure how different it is with optical, but I can tell you I've never had to change a switch in mine.

I have this keyboard and love mine. The wrist rest has held up fantastic over the years. Keys are PBT, only showing modest shine years later, I had severalyears of "shine free keys".

RGB is nice too.

Great for coding or games alike.

Just bought this keyboard 5 days ago for $250......... FML. The keyboard isn't bad at all and is great for gamers. You can designate how much pressure it takes to make the key actually activate and numerous other goodies.
