- Use an Incognito/Private Window: Open a private browsing tab, navigate to the Samsung Military Discount portal, sign in, and complete the verification. This prevents saved, corrupted browser data from interfering with the site.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: If the private window works, your standard browser cache is corrupted. Open your browser settings, clear your cache and cookies, and refresh the page.
- Try a Different Browser: If you are using Samsung Internet or Google Chrome on mobile, try switching to a desktop browser (like Microsoft Edge or Safari) to bypass mobile redirect issues.
- Unlink Google Accounts: Some users experience endless loops if their Samsung account is tied to a Google account. If problems persist, try logging in on the Samsung Account portal directly and ensure your email/password credentials are updated and fully verified.

I'm not unlinking Google because I feel like that will mess up my phone. Oh well no sound bar for me.
Its the best deal right now for sure. There was a time where it was about $100 cheaper few weeks back but sold out in minutes
