Tried multiple devices, multiple browsers, incognito mode, clearing cache, data and cookies, and used the official Shop Samsung app. Id.me verifies nurse status is active. Clicked "reverify" and reverified everything two days ago. My Samsung and Google accounts are not linked. The problem still exists.
It's not a great solution. But if you know someone with an iPhone install the shop Samsung app on that, then log in, and buy it through that. I had to do that and it worked.
It didnt work LOL.
But I dont retract my statement, for it to not work and multiple avenues of samsung support to tell me to go away?
Horrible company.
