Better spec'd than the Seiko with AR sapphire crystal, screw down crown (200m WR), marginally better quality bracelet, and no cyclops (subjective). Ratio is a slept on microbrand out of Singapore with more original diver design cues compared to Chinese homage companies at its price point.

I always love watching the Watch deals banter... lol Anyway yes, the RATIO on paper is better. The Seiko is original. If you want a SEIKO with upgraded components (which you DO want, like sapphire) you can find that in ISLANDER watches as well. Basically all the entry level automatics use a Seiko automatic movement or Citizen automatic movement, so it's like buying a Toyota or Honda engine in a "chinese" car. Kinda get the best of both worlds.
