These are great. They'd get more traction if hvac techs weren't out to scam by selling versus offering their expertise.

I have 3 Turbros. Just like most of the mini splits(aside from the Japanese ones), they are Chinese brands. I bought 3 from them. Their customer service has been helpful. One of my purchases was missing a small cap. Their customer rep shipped out the piece instantly. I was also charged with foreign transaction fee by paypal. They also reimbursed the fee even though it wasn't their fault.

I installed one myself, routed the power cable from the outside unit back inside using the same port the condenser lines use
