These Skechers Ultra Flex 3.0 slip ins are framed as an easy everyday shoe, especially for work, desk use, and casual wear. The comfort stands out, and the pair is described as holding up through nearly two years of daily work use. Pricing also appears to have landed lower for some purchases, with a black wide pair bought for $33 and a coupon included. The mesh upper may attract dust and dirt, and longer walks or runs seem better suited to a proper walking or running shoe. A practical slip in option if comfort and convenience matter most.

Christ, look how thin the material is getting - and yet the price keep increasing.
At this rate we're going to be spending $400 a year on throwaway-tier shoes.

I bought two pairs in size 12 when they were $26.80 in December. The OP's "price history" is BS.

Comfort excluded, the mesh fabric is going to allow every dust / dirt particle to adhere to your sock/ foot unless you are walking on a treadmill indoors.

Bro, get yourself a nice pair of running shoes. The difference between an everyday shoe and a proper walking/running shoe is night and day.

So because the shoes were $26.80 back in December, therefore they can't have an average price around $60? 🤨

Tech has changed. You don't need to have 3 ply saddle leather anymore in shoes. I have a pair of these and they are going on 2 years of daily use as my work shoes. I don't need new ones, but for $36 it would be dumb not to get another pair.

Probably not. For anything like running or walking I would get a shoe you can tie and adjust. These are great for just daily use. Very comfortable. I use mine as work shoes for a desk job and they are great.

Anyone know if the "Skechers Slip-In" label on the outside can be removed? I don't need to tell the whole world that these are Skechers, let alone that these are slip ins.

I walk 8ish miles a day, and to me, it doesnt make a whole lot of difference between running shoes and walking shoes like this. I have the addidas walking slip in styles (lite racer) and and they are surprisingly secure, did 5 miles this morning without issue. I am tempted to try these sketchers, but I feel the price is higher for lesser of a brand.
