Amazon's regular S&S price for 18 mega rolls (i.e., normal sized) of Charmin Ultra Soft is $33.80, so $0.51 / 100 sheets. But right now there is also an extra 15% off S&S coupon for the mega rolls, which makes it $28.46, so $0.43 / 100 sheets.
Costco has Charmin Ultra Soft at $0.52 / 100 sheets normally, and $0.41 / 100 sheets on sale.
Costco's Kirkland toilet paper is $0.18 / 100 sheets.
So there is cheaper toilet paper out there, but this is a good deal if you need a toilet paper holder. I assume you could put regular-sized rolls on it too.
Community Reviews
Charmin Ultra Soft Forever Roll is a jumbo toilet paper starter kit that stands out for its oversized rolls and sturdy holder. The stand gets praised as heavy, stainless, and premium looking, and the paper itself is described as very soft, long lasting, and useful for households that want fewer roll changes. The main drawbacks are price and practicality, since replacement rolls can be cheaper elsewhere, the rolls are not perforated, and the huge size can feel gimmicky or awkward in damp bathrooms. It is a solid fit if you want the holder and do not mind the commercial roll format.
The included stand is described as premium and sturdy, with stainless steel tubing and a heavy base.
The kit can support regular toilet paper rolls, and the stand can also hold other rolls for flexibility.
The deal can stack with coupons and rebates, which can lower the effective cost per 100 sheets.
The rolls are reported to be heavy and to spin perfectly, with long-lasting use over years.
The rolls can retain moisture from shower conditions, which can make the setup impractical in shared bathroom situations.
The continuous-roll format may be harder to tear without perforation, and some buyers question how it tears.
The kit may be inconvenient for removing regular rolls because the post likely needs unscrewing from the stand.
The rolls may generate excessive lint or dust and can get damp easily from existing moisture.

I put regular toilet paper on it just to see how it looked and it didn't look that out of place.
