Amazon's regular S&S price for 18 mega rolls (i.e., normal sized) of Charmin Ultra Soft is $33.80, so $0.51 / 100 sheets. But right now there is also an extra 15% off S&S coupon for the mega rolls, which makes it $28.46, so $0.43 / 100 sheets.
Costco has Charmin Ultra Soft at $0.52 / 100 sheets normally, and $0.41 / 100 sheets on sale.
Costco's Kirkland toilet paper is $0.18 / 100 sheets.
So there is cheaper toilet paper out there, but this is a good deal if you need a toilet paper holder. I assume you could put regular-sized rolls on it too.

Costco almost always is the cheapest (esp. when you're comparing apples to apples).

Good math. I also factor in whether the TP is single-ply or double-ply. Still not perfect, as with some brands, those "plys" are thinner than with others, but helps. I also factor in the size of the sheet, and calculate the cost per sq inch (or sq. foot) - some brands have smaller "sheets" than others.

The above calculation on Amazon did not take into calculation that this time, you can get 15% off on S&S, not 5%, or the P&G rebate.
I'm pretty sure most of the posters no longer know how to stack savings, but Walmart's deal, with the cashback, was the better deal, because it stacks. And on Amazon, 15% off vs 5% off on S&S can make a big difference too.
I would buy a bidet if I could. I help my parents, and no matter how much I've brought the idea up, it's a no-go for them. So toilet paper it is! The holder is perfect for the TP on HD's website, and that will last them forever in their upstairs bedroom.
How does that toilet paper tear without perforation? A lot of the commercial holders have somewhere that helps to tear it off - serrated metal edges, like you also find at the end of scotch tape dispensers.
