How does that toilet paper tear without perforation? A lot of the commercial holders have somewhere that helps to tear it off - serrated metal edges, like you also find at the end of scotch tape dispensers.

I would guess we can tear it off. I've got the forever toll starter in the upstairs bedroom which doesn't get as much use. I bought a lot of no core rolls for downstairs, and as soon as we're finished using up the other toilet paper, I'll pop in one of the no core adapters I bought and we'll see how that does.

IMHO...I've been trying to transition my parents to using a bidet...which both have vociferously rejected the idea of. If they are irritated enough by not having easy teat toilet paper, perhaps they'll come to the idea of using the bidet more easily.😁
