Amazon's regular S&S price for 18 mega rolls (i.e., normal sized) of Charmin Ultra Soft is $33.80, so $0.51 / 100 sheets. But right now there is also an extra 15% off S&S coupon for the mega rolls, which makes it $30.24, so $0.46 / 100 sheets.
Costco has Charmin Ultra Soft at $0.52 / 100 sheets normally, and $0.41 / 100 sheets on sale.
Costco's Kirkland toilet paper is $0.18 / 100 sheets.
So there is cheaper toilet paper out there, but this is a good deal if you need a toilet paper holder. I assume you could put regular-sized rolls on it too.
