Can anyone tell me how realistic is this game? Can i learn the internals of a car and diagnose or is it far from reality?

There is a demo version available for free. From what I've seen so far, the answer to your question is no...

However, if you truly love automobiles, this is a game for you. I did not have the 2021 version, but have the 2018. I bought the deluxe bundle because it haunted me into it...lol

It's definitely not for everyone, but I find it insanely relaxing to play. It's a nice change of pace when I want something laid back to play.
