This URLIFE folding e-bike stands out as a cheap way to get a 20 inch, 48 volt, 1000 watt ride with a removable battery and enough punch for short trips. The green version has been the easiest way to make the promo work, and the bike can reach 28 mph after unlocking, with some reports of that speed already available out of the box. Real world range lands closer to 20 to 25 miles than the advertised figure, and the compact frame feels better suited to smaller riders. Main cautions are wobble at speed, abrupt pedal assist, and recurring controller and warranty hassles.

Going 28 with a throttle attached is statute violation many places. I presume this has a throttle.
I would worry about generic junk batteries in any random bike import. Charging way away from anything flammable like a garage is a mediation and also make sure not to trust auto shutoff of junk chargers. whatever the estimated charging time is make sure to unplug exactly then.
