Community Reviews

The Jackery Explorer 2000 v2 is landing as a high capacity backup and camping power station, with enough output for sump pumps, home outages, and longer van life use. The 2040Wh battery and 2200W AC output drew praise for the price, especially when cashback and stacked discounts pushed totals down near $400 or even lower. It also supports UPS use and arrived working for most buyers, with warranty registration and Jackery direct store details helping ease some seller concerns. Main caveats are fan noise, AFCI breaker trips, and occasional shipping or checkout quirks, so it fits best where those limits are not a problem.

My E2000 arrived yesterday. Seems to be working fine. It trips my AFCI though. This was an issue I had with the eco worthy unit too, so I'm thinking there could be something with the inverters that cause nuisance trips. I'm using it on a GFCI for my sump pump, so not really an issue at the moment. I'm hoping the E1000 won't trip anything.
That's where it might be an issue for me. My Anker Solix C1000 works fine on AFCIs
How many amps on the AFCI? You probably have a 15A and may need a 20A on it.

My E2000 arrived too. A bit bulkier and heavier than I expected. Came with 28% charge and took about an hour to charge to full. Working as expected. I am yet to test the UPS feature and see if 20 ms is sufficient for my home NAS systems.

Do you think the E2000 is drawing too much power? My AFCI is 15a but so is the GFCI that it's currently connected to. As noted my Anker Solix C1000 doesn't ever trip the AFCI. I have the E1000 arriving soon so I'll give that a test too.

If the 2200W rating for the E2000 is accurate, then it could potentially mean a max current draw of 18.3 amps.

Isn't there a slow charge mode on it? You should try that and see if it still trips the AFCI.

Oh good point! I can look into that. Maybe at random peak spikes it has a high draw. It's on a dedicated 15a right now and that could be a factor.
