The Pocket 4 is drawing attention as a compact gimbal camera with a 1 inch sensor, internal storage, and noticeably better image quality than the Pocket 3, especially in dynamic range and slow motion. Activation has generally been straightforward through the DJI Mimo app, and units have arrived brand new, sealed, and apparently legitimate with US warranty support. The main cautions are the grey market nature, uncertain pricing and coupon behavior, and the fact that it is not a compelling upgrade if you already own the Pocket 3.
Common Questions (5)
Buyers reported receiving genuine, sealed DJI boxes that activated normally, and some noted the seller also lists through Best Buy and has an eBay store. The main caveat is that it appears to be imported stock rather than a standard US launch item, so warranty and release-status concerns were raised before delivery.
The deal price can drop from the listed price with coupon codes like SSUS75 for $75 off $500, and PayPal Pay Later can add $35 off $299+ when available. Some buyers reported totals around $419.40 before tax, while others paid about $360-$442 out the door depending on tax and whether the PayPal discount appeared.
The discount may require choosing PayPal Pay Later rather than a normal PayPal card payment, and some users had to add PayPal info to their payment profile before it appeared. If PayPal Pay Later is unavailable, the extra discount may not show at checkout.
It adds 107GB internal storage, a 37MP 1-inch sensor, slightly better dynamic range, and slow-motion up to 240fps instead of 120fps. The upgrade is generally not considered worth it if you already own the Pocket 3, but it is a more noticeable jump if you want the newer imaging and storage features.
Yes. Units reported as brand new and sealed have activated successfully in the US through the DJI Mimo app, with setup done by scanning the QR code and following the app prompts. One report also says the serial number registered normally and the US warranty showed as one year.

If you want to see a real world example of the quality difference between the 3 and 4, look at this time stamped video of Kyle "Bitwit"who is in Taipei for Computex actually live stream the switch from the 3 to the 4 in the DJI Store. It's very noticable.

The Pocket 4 Pro: Introduces a dual-lens system for the first time in the series. It pairs the main 1-inch wide camera with a dedicated 3x optical telephoto lens (roughly a 60mm–70mm equivalent portrait lens backed by a 1/1.5-inch sensor). This hardware allows for 3x true optical zoom, 6x lossless zoom, and a maximum of 12x digital reach.
