A few questions for those who have purchased this deal or a similar deal in the past.

Is this sold by the actual BLUETTI Official Store on AliExpress, or a third-party seller?

Does BLUETTI honor the U.S. warranty when purchased through this AliExpress listing?

Has anyone confirmed whether returns go through BLUETTI or AliExpress/seller?

Has anyone successfully registered one of these AliExpress BLUETTI units for warranty on BLUETTI's site?

When a store carries this badge, it means the seller has submitted formal documentation, brand authorizations, or supply chain invoices to AliExpress to prove they have the right to sell those branded products. However, because AliExpress is an open marketplace with thousands of third-party vendors, the badge is just a strong positive indicator but not a 100% airtight guarantee that a seller is completely legitimate.

While the badge filters out the most obvious, low-effort counterfeit scammers, you shouldn't trust it blindly. Buyers have occasionally reported that rogue sellers managed to fake initial documentation or substituted genuine stock with a clone once their store gained traction.

Before you buy a high-value "Brand Certified" item, always do a quick 4-step check:

Check the Store's Feedback Rating: Look at the store's overall rating. You want to see a rating of 95% or higher (ideally 97%+ for expensive electronics). Passed with 4.7 stars over 400+ sales
Look at the Store Age: Click on the seller's profile. A store that has been open for 3 to 5 years is much safer than a store that opened 2 months ago. Scammers often open stores, sell a rush of fakes, get banned, and open a new one. Passed as the store opened in August 2024
Read Photo Reviews: Go down to the product reviews and filter by "with photo/video." Look at what previous buyers actually received. Pay attention to any close-up photos of serial numbers, laser etchings, or quality marks. Passed as reviews are positive with photos
Watch Out for "Too Good to Be True" Pricing: If a premium branded item normally retails for $300, and an AliExpress seller has it for $45, it is a counterfeit—badge or no badge. True "Brand Certified" items on AliExpress are usually cheaper than US/EU retail because of supply chain proximity, but they will still be close to standard market value (usually 15% to 30% off, not 80% off).

When you click on sellerinfo, the info provided does not match Bluetti or the parent company PowerOak. The seller puts an address in the same neighborhood as Bluetti (but not a recognized address of Bluetti's). Afraid it sounds like a fake (sold by a company organized to hide that they are a fake). I would love to be wrong. Someone, please prove me wrong and I might order this.

While they were quick to respond and forwarded my inquiry to a dedicated AliExpress service team ([email protected]), I've since realized that this specific seller is 'Brand+' and not the official BLUETTI store itself.

Please proceed with caution: while the brand name is in the listing title, the seller's verified information does not explicitly link back to BLUETTI or PowerOak. I'm still waiting to hear back from the specific service team on whether they will honor the warranty, but I would advise everyone to do their own due diligence before jumping in.

"Brand+" is just an AliExpress tag that says that the item is "Certified original" - https://www.aliexpress.com/ssr/30...T4TarnaZzw

The seller of the item is listed as "BLUETTI Store", and when you click on it, the business comes up as "Shenzhen Damei Heshan Technology Co." with an address in Shenzhen City, China.
