I had issue with some other baseus earbuds i bought (over ear) - and their customer service is great. They just asked for a photo (the charging thing - the little piece of metal that sticks up.. from the case? I don't have words this early in the morning- anyway.. it had moved below the case rim so one earbud wasn't able to charge. They didn't have the model I had available, so they replaced it with the newer version (if that was okay with me - of course it was ok with me) and I didn't have to return the ones I had. Easy peasy. Just sharing because good after sales (and after Amazon return period) support is a plus.

I had a pair. One of the buds pretty much died after about 6 months of heavy use. I contacted them and they refunded my payment which was very fair. May grab a new pair as I really liked the sound and fit.

So these are the same buds that are $17 at AliExpress in the other deal right? Just no USB cable with screen.

I was briely looking for a second pair of wireless buds to keep at work and these seem better spec wise than exen like pixel buds 2 and others I looked at.

I have a pair of the original AirPods Pro and these, and I find myself reaching for this pair more frequently as they are very comfortable and audio is decent.

Very good earbuds. I wish they had a bit more compact and better material case. But other than that very decent pair of earbuds. Me also have airpods 2 and I use Baseuse more often.

Does any one have experience with how these are for working out? I've found wireless ear buds can be so hit or miss on staying in the ear when working out (even when swapping the size of the earbud tips).

Great earbuds. Wish there were better choices for cases with carabiner clips. I've purchased several and the cases all slip off.
