I had issue with some other baseus earbuds i bought (over ear) - and their customer service is great. They just asked for a photo (the charging thing - the little piece of metal that sticks up.. from the case? I don't have words this early in the morning- anyway.. it had moved below the case rim so one earbud wasn't able to charge. They didn't have the model I had available, so they replaced it with the newer version (if that was okay with me - of course it was ok with me) and I didn't have to return the ones I had. Easy peasy. Just sharing because good after sales (and after Amazon return period) support is a plus.

I agree these are great. Get the app, set the bass boost then use your specific app equalizer to lower it back some. This somehow works better than just using the equalizer to boodt bass.
I cant believe ppl pay hundreds for airpods and the like.

Not sure about the cord tho. This tiny battery will definitely not charge anywhere near 100 watts. Thats just advertising bs.

Got mine in. Def worth $24, the cable is a nice freebie tho I currently can't use it...all my tech is old lol. Only minor annoyances such as having to flip the buds a bit into the case, and they catch on the case and don't fully seat all the time, whereas my A30i's do. But they sound better than the a30i IMHO. Now to double side tape a Tile to the back of the case...don't laugh I did it on the a30i....Tile should be an option on every earbud ala Skullcandy.
