Keep in mind in defaults to music mode for some reason and that has high latency. If you plan on watching anything you will have to switch it to movie mode or you will be left wondering why every spoken word seems like it's a half a second after the person's mouth moves. I learned this the hard way when trying to use them on the flight to my destination which was irritating because that's the reason why I got them.
Community Reviews
JLab's JBuds Lux ANC over ear headphones stand out for solid sound, comfortable fit, reliable Bluetooth, and useful noise cancellation, especially for gym use and travel. The app can improve the sound, and movie mode helps avoid the high latency that shows up in video playback. The main knocks are price and fit, since $60 is often seen as high versus past sales around $29 to $35, and the bulky design can feel wide, heavy, or prone to creaking and sweaty ears. A decent pick if the color and features matter more than chasing the lowest sale price.
Commuters and travelers who want decent sound and ANC on a flight, because they can sound good and cancel nearby noise while staying comfortable for long listening sessions.
Gym listeners who want over-ear isolation, because the ANC and fit help block a noisy workout environment.
Remote workers who need long battery life and reliable Bluetooth, because they stay connected well and last through a workday.
Listeners who prefer physical controls, because the buttons are real and usable while working.
Video watchers who are sensitive to audio delay, because the default music mode can have high latency unless you switch to movie mode.
People with small heads, because the frame can feel too wide and heavy.
Households using multiple pairs, because preset buttons and device connections can interfere with each other.
People bothered by creaking hardware, because the plastic hinges can squeak loudly when moving your head.
