I mean, they all wrap these about the same. I just hooked mine up with a small solar panel I have in the shed and it does the job. IMHO <$50/Ah for these is pretty close to the best price right now so $45 is definitely a buy-it-if-you-need-it price. I'm thinking about picking up a second one just to give me shallower charge-discharge cycles.
