These Glycine Combat watches are great watches and underrated. These wear really well at less than 11mm thick. The fit and finish is exceptional at this price. Not an investment by any means but a great daily wear watch that'll last for generations.

One can get similar prices from Ashford, but the advantage of buying directly from Glycine is that you get the full manufacturer's warranty.

The sellita movement at this price is a great buy. I wish they had the new 39mm at this price

I just love Glycine watches. I own the Combat GMT GL0380 (Coke), GL0388 (Pepsi) and a quartz Airman GMT Worldtimer. Only thing that would be better if the Combat's were available in 39 or 40mm.

The only complaint I have for my combat sub is that the lume is weak. Other than that it's a great daily wear because of how comfortable the thin case is.

I have The Chief with a navy blue Chris Ward strap and it's my favorite watch. Slim. Clean. And interesting. Does take some used to reading the 24 hour dial.

that was the most impressive thing about my rolex submariner beyond the feel of it and the time keeping, the lume was so amazingly bright.

I just can't bring myself to spend that much knowing that they are now owned by Invicta. Soon the MSRP will be $8,000 on sale for $199. Just not a big fan of the super inflated MSRP marketing.

How are you defining soon? Glycine has been owned by invicta for almost 10 years now... when are you expecting this other shoe to drop?
