Wow. Got one finally. I had a few issues with ordering such as: this product cannot be delivered to your address, coupon wasn't working. Finally got to my phone and did it, got my order in.

Seems like I caught it just in time, the price I'm seeing now is $84.93

I feel similarly that I wouldn't buy a video surveillance and product that lives on my network from a less common retailer. If I'm buying Eufy, it will likely always be direct (which has homebase for 70ish once in a while), or from Amazon or Costco.
Sort of rant aside, once you pair cameras with it I highly recommend NOT TO use multitude features on the cameras. I had significant lag and drop-off and had to block the cameras from wifi so that they would use the Homebase network again. Once they switched, connection has been reliable again.
