This Skytech Azure 3 Plus is a strong midrange gaming prebuilt built around the Ryzen 7 9800X3D, Radeon 9070 XT, and 32GB of DDR5. The price looks competitive against similar builds, especially versus Micro Center and Skytech's own website, and the CPU and GPU combo is hard to match for the money. The main knocks are the 1TB SSD, possible lower tier supporting parts, and a RAM spec mismatch between listings. It feels most compelling if you want these specs now and do not have a nearby Micro Center.

Gamers wanting a hard-to-match 9800X3D and 9070XT prebuilt, because the CPU-GPU-RAM combo is hard to find under about $2.1k elsewhere.
late_apex crimedog FireballJR
Shoppers near no Micro Center who want a ready-to-run gaming tower, because comparable parts and a similar build cost more at local competitors.
OrangeSnake211 crimedog FireballJR
Players needing a current-gen gaming PC now, because the price is considered worth it at today's market and the system is reported to arrive well packaged.
Nazarster late_apex
Buyers comparing against a self-build, because the same configuration is listed much higher elsewhere and the bundled parts can be cheaper than sourcing individually.
FireballJR OrangeSnake211

Value hunters comparing against a DIY build, because the CPU price is seen as inflated and a similar system may cost only a little more to assemble.
nolimitnp OrangeSnake211
Shoppers who expect premium cooling and higher-end supporting parts, because the non-CPU and non-GPU components are described as low-end.
BadBimr Nazarster
Gamers who want 2TB of built-in storage, because this configuration only includes 1TB.
lukersmaster
Owners who need easy local warranty handling after a failure, because repair can require sending the whole PC back with the data drive installed.

Common Questions (4)

At $1749, the 9800X3D + RX 9070XT + 32GB DDR5 combo is hard to find elsewhere under about $2.1k, and the same system is listed around $2.5k on Skytech's own site. It is also cheaper than a similar Micro Center build around $1900, though the value is less compelling if you can build near a Micro Center.
late_apex crimedog FireballJR OrangeSnake211
The deal includes only a 1TB SSD, which is the main storage drawback called out in the thread. If you want more headroom for modern games, a 2TB upgrade would be the more comfortable choice.
lukersmaster BadBimr
The Walmart listing says 32GB 6000 RGB RAM, while Skytech's description says 32GB 5600 non-RGB RAM. That mismatch means the exact memory spec may depend on which listing or configuration is shipped.
schonrph
Skytech reportedly requires the whole PC to be sent back for diagnosis and repair, including the data drive. That makes local repair or keeping your drive out of the shipment difficult unless you have a separate warranty provider.

Now $1749. 9800X3D CPU, 9070XT GPU, and 32MB DDR5. I don't see this combo anywhere else for under $2.1k (correct me if I'm wrong please). Just ordered one.

Would be good deal with a 5080 but a 9070xt not that big of a deal because it's not that expensive and is highly available.

Per the price tracker, this was $1,599 since March, and then it got posted today at a higher price - so this isn't a sale? Also, people have any thoughts about vendor's customer service/support reputation?

Under the current market, not a horrible deal. Just remember, every component is the lowest quality in it's category. I bought a CyberPower PC at WM 9800X3d 5070ti 32GB 2TB for $1200 on clearance a while ago. Other than the GPU and CPU the rest of the components were low end. Could you build it cheaper? Maybe but it would be tough especially in you don't have a MC near you.

March through May 31. By my math that's 5 days ago. How can a +$150 increase from less than a week ago be a deal today?
