Per the price tracker, this was $1,599 since March, and then it got posted today at a higher price - so this isn't a sale? Also, people have any thoughts about vendor's customer service/support reputation?

Under the current market, not a horrible deal. Just remember, every component is the lowest quality in it's category. I bought a CyberPower PC at WM 9800X3d 5070ti 32GB 2TB for $1200 on clearance a while ago. Other than the GPU and CPU the rest of the components were low end. Could you build it cheaper? Maybe but it would be tough especially in you don't have a MC near you.
