The thing is TALL. But if that's not an issue, then its super efficient, good controls, and best of all its "quiet" mode is actually quiet enough to sleep in the same room without any issue. (This was HUGE for my partner who's a very light sleeper)
Hard to know how many years I'll get out of it since I've only had it for a year and some change so far, but its been hands down the best experience I've had among the 6+ portable AC units I've tried from LG, Midea, B&D, etc. over the years.

The process has only been over 5 days and there's a Form and photo of the cut cord required. Then 7-10 business days for an exchange. Which isn't bad for a unit outside a return window but under warranty TBH.
