That 850mg of magnesium glycinate is actually only 155mg of magnesium. So you would need to take 3 serving to get daily recommended amount of magnesium. I take double that to actually help with sleep. So this isnt a great magnesium glycinate supplement.

That 850mg of magnesium glycinate is actually only 155mg of magnesium. So you would need to take 3 serving to get daily recommended amount of magnesium. I take double that to actually help with sleep. So this isnt a great magnesium glycinate supplement.

Notice that doesn't have a daily value percentage on the 500mg magnesium glycinate, so it's not 500mg of elemental magnesium (DRV is around 420mg of elemental magnesium IIRC, so it would lead some to believe you're getting the full amount). It's the same tactic this one uses when claiming to have 850mg of magnesium glycinate. It's the total amount of the compound, so you're actually getting less than the 37% RDV this version claims (admittedly, in this one u may not be getting that amount, & I've taken nature bell products & have always been satisfied. Just don't think you're getting the full daily recommendation of magnesium with that product).

Edit: actually, it shows you're only getting 90mg of elemental magnesium.
