If you don't have a kiosk and Pokemon cards are hard to come by this might be the best obtainable deal at the moment. But yeah you're right Perfect Order is one of the least desireable sets currently.

Did you open it or can you return it to Barnes and Noble.
It's encouraging people aren't buying sealed packs second hand. If we can discourage the practice enough scalpers will stop.
