I'm not sure what the $100+ toothbrushes must feel like that those saying this one feels cheap and doesn't clean as well have that opinion...

...but as someone who has used more expensive rotating brushes in the past, this thing is great. I'm guessing it performs at least as well as the cheapest name-brand sonic toothbrushes and it's cheaper per head than all but the worst manual toothbrushes.

As an aside, some people complaining that it's not as powerful as toothbrushes 10x the price are pointing out a pro for me, which is that my kids really like these and maybe they wouldn't like (or shouldn't use) more powerful units.

I bought another 2 for a total of 8 now. I'd say keep your expectations in check, but this exceeded mine.

Not a dentist, but having used a number of expensive and inexpensive toothbrushes in the past, this one is quite good when it comes to cleaning (not even considering the price).

Been using it for a month, and no issues. I've had cheaper toothbrushes that stop working suddenly overtime, and this has held up so far.

Every electric tooth brush I've ever had has broken down after some time. The longest was about 4 - 5 years. For $8, if it holds up for 6 months, it'll be worth it over two regular toothbrushes.

I have been using oral B electric toothbrush with floss action heads and got this as a backup and for travel. It certainly doesn't seem to get my teeth as clean as the oral B. There's no real objective way to compare them though; however even at the rock bottom price I'd probably skip this and just get a second oral b if doing it all over again

I have 3 of these at the last $8 deal, one for me, my wife and my son. We all use it. They're amazingly great for the price.

I just picked up another to have as a spare.

This does not have a pressure sensor, so be cautious about using too much pressure (most people do).

Aggressive brushing can cause gum and tooth issues (recession and enamel breakdown) that are going to be costly to try to fix later.

Just hold the brush against your teeth and let it do the work. You don't need to push.

Lost Aquasonic charger during recent move. This is half the cost of a replacement, I'm grateful. If the AS heads work on this, even better.
