I beg to disagree. I work at the huge HQ campus of a Fortune 100 company and what I see is lots of these comfort, casual dress shoes, knit shoes of many colors. Not many formal dress shoes unless you're in Sales & Finance meeting clients, or vendors coming in for a meeting. Even the CEO and execs wear business casual in-office. IT and Engineering folks love their sneakers. It must be a post-Covid effect but this applies to both new and old generations.
