I mean, it was $5 for 20 years. Now it's $6 in most places. I wouldn't call an average price increase of less than 1% a year bad.
It's a 16.6% discount from the current standard price in many places. It's up to you if you think a 16.6% discount is a "great deal" or not.

Yeah I think the meatball was 1.50 for the 6", cold cut combo or cold cut trio was 6" was 1.50. those days are long gone

Cardboard crust included! Not knocking it, I still eat them on occasion, but they're definitely not worth much more that what they are hahaha

I actually quite like Little Caesars.

You know, the cheese mix is actually proper low-moisture mozarella mixed with muenster, and at least at my location, they don't go light on it either. The dough is a decent overnight rise, cooked in a pan with light oil, sent through a quick conveyor belt cook. The sauce has a strong note of dried oregano. For a similar price to a frozen pizza, it's many times better for what I like at least.

And it freezes quite well if you order a bit - loses flavor after a month and a half I'd say. But nice to pull out if you have partial leftovers from another meal or are feeling a bit hungry after a jog or something and want something very quick. Just a quick couple minutes in the air fryer from frozen, and it's crispy and lovely.

Just an FYI, Leprino Foods supplies the cheese found on 85% of ALL pizzas, both fresh and frozen. It's all the same processed big corporate garbage. In the same way that Sysco Foods and US Foods supply most restaurants with their portion-controlled, pre-cooked microwave-ready slop. Yes, restaurants can order anything from top tier Filet mignon cooked to order to frozen, low-quality ground beef. The problem is that the food suppliers push their pre-packaged slop using special discounts to lure the restaurants into maximizing their profits. The days of restaurants using local ingredients and creating their own unique menus are largely gone. The majority of the entire restaurant industry has become a generic, overpriced scam. Oh, and the regular price for a LC pizza in my area is $8.50

Everyone's talking about how they remember when it was $5 everyday, I remember when it was buy one get one free all the time and it came on a long cardboard tray wrapped in paper. That was the origin of the Pizza! Pizza! slogan. When they came out with crazy bread it changed the game.
