I'm actively using p20i and p31i
P20i have impressive sound quality. However there is no noise cancellation, and poor Bluetooth connection range.
I would prefer soundcore p31i, which has an impressive noise cancelling during calls (no noise cancellation from surrounding) and better Bluetooth range and multi device support. When I purchase, it was $31 ($11 more than p20i).
I also noticed the sound quality of p31i is poorer than p20i

No experience with airpods, but these are really great value for the money. This is the regular sale price, so I bet you would save $2-4 more if you wait for the Amazon Prime days price. I have two sets of these, and also the Soundcore Aerofit which are the wrap-around style. I can't tell much of a difference in sound quality between the two ($20 pair vs. $50 pair) other than maybe a bit deeper bass in the Aerofits. Hard to go wrong with Anker's quality at this price point or $2-4 lower if you wait ~ 3 weeks.

ANC is a must for me, so these mainly just sit in a drawer or I let the kids borrow them.

I'd say the sound quality is 6/10, call quality is 5/10. Very normal for a cheaper set. But $20 is definitely a deal, if you don't need ANC.

P31 at least for $5 more on sale or nothing. I live next to a highway and use those for noise canceling gardening and feel like I'm in the country they work so well.

These are decent for the price, but don't expect them to compare to anything great. Mine still work but I had to send them back twice because the right one stopped charging. It was frustrating.

I have these for work and 3 sets of Airpods (regular, Pro, Pro 2). I'd say they are very good for the value, not as good as Airpods Pro, but similar to regular Airpods from a few years ago.

I was using these for a while but I switched to the 30 model with noise cancelling and like them quite a bit more.

I bought these <1 month ago and they were $24.99 but I agree with how good of a value they are! I keep on loosing my air pods pro so I bought these for 10% of the price and couldn't be happier!
Edit - Just checked and I actually bought the p30i for $25 and cannot find the option to delete my comment.
