This isn't terrible but what are we doing with DDR5-5600 in an almost $3000 PC? For a MicroCenter comparison, this is about the closest: https://www.microcenter.com/produ...-gaming-pc and that has DDR5-6000 at least.
Still, this does have a 4TB SSD and that's not cheap these days. Combined with 64GB of RAM this actually is pretty decent.

Is this the one, all things considered?

I think this is a good deal in this market. My pc has a 5700x3d and a 5080 with 64 gigs of ddr4. I spent a little over 2000 on it

I would still pick an Andromeda Insights v3 over this. After taxes both will be about 3k but the AI build would have ddr 6000 cl30, a better AIO cooler, and 1000w psu. Btw 9850 is better for gaming.

The processor is a step down. You basically stepped down in the processor to take a small step up on ram speed. I would take the better CPU.

Idk. Got the 5090 45L. $3500 and this is $800 less. The GPU price differences alone makes this not a very good deal?

Actually. this deal has better CPU, also 32GB more RAM and 1 extra TB storage. hard to compare for me. I could use a cheap 5080 if I can sell the parts

HP computers do not allow overclocking. If you change the memory stick and it doesn't run at full speed, you can't change it because you can't access the advanced menu in BIOS.
