McDouble wont have near to as much fibre and is a completely different type of purpose of nourishment.
This is an absurd comparison. These cookies excel for active people (hikers, bikers, runners) because they are packable and easy to carry around for days at a time.
If you are sedentary, then yes don't eat cookies and consider eating Brown Rice and Vegetables until you reach a level where a cookie or two won't hurt you every now and then.
