it says 1 year warranty, but will reject any claim
asks you for warranty card, a non existant item to begin with, cause they never included one, even with proof of purchase they will outright reject any claim
mine broke down after 4 months.. they pretty much said they don't care, and closed claim.

I'm pleasantly surprised how well it works. I'm about 180 lbs and it can haul me around on flat ground maxing out at 20 mph. It struggles on hills, but still chuggs along at 10 mph with me on it. The app is pretty good too. It has a speed limiter (15 or 20), headlight control, and an odometer. For $88 this is worth a shot.
